The L.E.A.P. Retreat
in Caye Caulker, Belize & Bali, Indonesia
A Weekend in Paradise
The L.E.A.P. (Let Everything Align Perfectly) Retreat was born out of Bree's month-long stay on the incredible island of Caye Caulker with her family in May 2021.
During the stay, she soaked up so much energy, was filled with so much positivity and was vibrating at such a high frequency that she felt compelled to provide the same opportunities for Black & Brown women to indulge in similar acts of radical self-care & self-indulgence.
Together with your retreat sisters for a weekend in paradise, your soul will be reawakened and your spirit filled with tons of fun spiritual wellness activities to release, restore and renew your mind, body & spirit but the question is...
Will you L.E.A.P.?
Intentions for The L.E.A.P. Retreat
Community
After spending over two years in isolation, what Black & Brown women need now more than ever is simply a time to let their hair down, to feel completely safe, soft, free & beautiful and to have a sacred space among other like-minded queens to simply be; present, full and vibrant.
Release & Restart
This retreat offers safe & deeply sacred opportunities to meditate, journal, set intentions & release every element of negative, stagnant and/or toxic energy that inhibits your growth, your ability to manifest the life of your wildest dreams & most importantly, your ability to transform.
Self Indulgence
For those women who wear multiple hats as professionals, mamas, partners, family members and more, this is your time to take off those hats & spend a few days in paradise filling your cup in the cultural, culinary and energetic vibrancy of Caye Caulker, Belize.
About
Caye Caulker, Belize
A melting pot of Mayan, European, Garifuna & African cultures, the island of Caye Caulker is one of the smaller "cayes" (or islands) off the coast of Belize, stretching only 5 miles wide & 1 mile across, making it a close-knit community of natives, tourists and North-American & European expats.
With a consistently warm temperature, an abundance of tropical foliage, freshly-caught seafood, and assortments of tropical fruit, life on the island promotes emotional, physical & spiritual wellbeing for both locals & visitors.
