The L.E.A.P. Retreat is committed to delivering a transformative spiritual wellness experience that requires meticulous planning and intimate attention to detail. Due to the unique and personalized nature of our services, we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances unless the Host cancels the retreat. Only then, will full refunds be granted to each registered participant.

This policy ensures that each retreat is designed and executed with the utmost care, ensuring a high-quality and life-changing experience for all participants. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, we encourage you to consider the investment as a preparation for your spiritual journey and a commitment to your personal growth.

At the time of registration, you will be required to acknowledge this policy our strict no refund policy. If you do need to cancel your participation, we ask that you first email us at info@theleapretreat.com so that we can attempt to find a solution.

Be aware that if you decide to proceed with a chargeback, you will not only be forfeiting your refund but also will be forbidden from attending any future retreat at The L.E.A.P. Retreat.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.

Unfortunately, we do not allow the transfer of participation to another retreat. Due to the high demand, the majority of our retreats eventually sell out and it's our job to ensure that each participant receives the fullest benefit of the mind, body, and soul enrichment that we offer. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you with alternative options.

By registering for this retreat, participants agree to engage in the experience with openness, respect, personal responsibility, and a genuine willingness to honor the integrity of the group container. This retreat is intentionally curated as a sacred, supportive, and collaborative space, and the emotional, energetic, and psychological safety of all participants is of paramount importance.

The retreat facilitator reserves the sole and absolute right, at their professional discretion, to remove any participant from the retreat if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values, agreements, or intentions of the retreat, including but not limited to an unwillingness to participate respectfully, communicate openly, or honor group boundaries.

In the event that a participant is removed for such reasons, the participant will be required to depart the retreat immediately. A refund of any retreat fees paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be issued. The deposit will be retained to cover administrative costs, accommodations, and commitments already incurred.

By registering for this retreat, participants acknowledge and accept this policy in full and agree that the facilitator’s decision in such matters is final.
