This policy ensures that each retreat is designed and executed with the utmost care, ensuring a high-quality and life-changing experience for all participants. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, we encourage you to consider the investment as a preparation for your spiritual journey and a commitment to your personal growth.
At the time of registration, you will be required to acknowledge this policy our strict no refund policy. If you do need to cancel your participation, we ask that you first email us at info@theleapretreat.com so that we can attempt to find a solution.
Be aware that if you decide to proceed with a chargeback, you will not only be forfeiting your refund but also will be forbidden from attending any future retreat at The L.E.A.P. Retreat.
We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
Unfortunately, we do not allow the transfer of participation to another retreat. Due to the high demand, the majority of our retreats eventually sell out and it's our job to ensure that each participant receives the fullest benefit of the mind, body, and soul enrichment that we offer. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you with alternative options.
